DELIVERY INFO

We endeavour to deliver all boxes within 7 days of order, though may experience some minor delays with orders outside of Melbourne metro.

You can select a specific date for delivery during the checkout process, with a minimum of 7 days required. Due to unavoidable shipping delays, we cannot guarantee a specific date but will do our very best to make it happen! Shipping outside of Melbourne may experience further delays.

Our couriers perform contactless delivery. This means that couriers have the authority to leave the box on your doorstep (only if it is safe to do so) and sending you a delivered notification. If this requires special instructions, please note during checkout process. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We source our products from local suppliers that fall into one of the five categories below. When you purchase a box you don’t choose the exact products, but you can see a list of the suppliers we’re currently working with here.

DRINK: Coffee, Tea, Chocolate, Chai

FOOD: Biscuits, Chocolate, Spreads, Spices

HOME: Candles, Coasters, Beeswax wraps, Books

BODY: Soaps, Sanitiser, Scrubs, Bath bombs

ART: Gift cards, Stickers, Colouring, Post cards

We understand that not every product is for everyone, but in the spirit of supporting local and gift giving – if you get a product you don’t want to keep, consider re-gifting to someone that will!
